The Bath Business Group is open to business professionals in the Bath area.

The Bath Business Group meets by mutual arrangement on a fortnightly basis at a venue convenient to its members.

Members are those persons who have paid the agreed subscriptions and have been accepted by the existing membership.

Should any member wish to disbar an existing member then a majority vote will be needed after a suitable discussion between all the memberships. The member in question will have the absolute right to argue their case.

Subscriptions will be agreed at the AGM and all members are required to pay the agreed amounts on a pro rata basis.

All monies remain the property of the Bath Business Group and thus its entire membership.

An Annual General Meeting will be held at which a Chairperson, Treasurer {and Secretary} from within the membership will be elected for a 1-year term. The Chairperson will chair all meetings where possible and act as a spokesperson.

All other business, rules and regulations to be decided on a democratic basis by e-mail or meeting and only applied with a majority vote of the entire membership. (It will never be sufficient for a minority to call a meeting and change any of the above or add to the Constitution without a democratic majority of the paid up membership agreeing).
